This site is designed to bring the latest and greatest gluten free and gluten free/plant-based options in and around Disney World. Finding safe options to eat should not consume your trip planning, so this site is designed to be a one-stop shop for what you want and need to know. Each section contains a list of places to eat and samplings of what the GF menu options are. Find the food you need and ordering tips to make your trip successful! And please, let me know how else I can help. Cheers!

GLUTEN FREE GINA
Hello!! Thank you for stopping by. As The Rolling Stones said, "Please allow me to introduce myself." I'm Gina, or Gluten Free Gina as the title of this section states. I spent much of my childhood in the Orlando area and after moving around many, many, (MANY) times as an adult my family and I decided to return to the Sunshine State in 2020. Each year while we were away from Florida we would return for a Disney Vacation. And every time, I would spend months researching and making lists of what I could eat that's gluten free and what one of our vacationing friends could eat as a vegan. Naturally, when we formally relocated back to the area I decided to start an Instagram page helping people find the GF and GF/vegan options in all of Disney World. My immediate family is made up of the following: GF/DF, Vegan, Plant-Based, and one super picky threenager. My contribution to the gluten free community is to help others find the info they need in one location to help keep the "food planning" at a minimum and the "fun planning" at a maximum!

Disney is listing allergy friendly items on their website (the My Disney Experience app will have them). However, third part booths such as China, Italy, France, Japan and Mexico will not be listed. Those countries will have an allergy sheet at the stand to check. All together, Disney has given us 18 GF items one of which is a dessert! With the addition of items available at third party booth and items that can be modified, we have a whopping 34 items. It's a great time to be at Epcot!

IF YOU WANT TO JOIN THE CAUSE
You could buy me a sangria
Believe me when I say you are under no obligation and all of these guides are completely free. However, some people have reached out and offered to donate and as such here is a link if you are wanting to do that. Thank you all! Happy eating! Cheers.

WALT DISNEY WORLD
There are SO MANY GF options around the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. Why go anywhere else to eat?!
This site serves as a way to plan your food experiences without spending so many hours of your precious time on multiple sites/social media outlets. To see rotating options as well as more in-depth reviews of restaurants, festivals, and new things to do follow me on Instagram as Glutenfreedisneyworld.
**DISCLAIMER** I do not work for Disney nor do I profit from these guides. To use them most effectively, think of them as a way to narrow down all the food options around Disney World to those that are Gluten Free (Friendly). These are guides to help you maximize your time and know ahead of arrival what you are likely to be able to eat. In a fast paced and evolving world, things can change quickly. Please always check with the chef, manager, or knowledgeable cast member to ensure what you are eating continues to be safe.

EPCOT
Hands down this is my favorite park to visit. It has always been that way, even when I was a child. Now that I have children of my own it makes me smile from ear to ear seeing that they hold the same loving spot in their hearts for Epcot as I have. Need suggestions on what to do here or ways to entertain little kiddos? Send me an email and I will get you some info.

HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS
This park has been hard for me to love since The Great Movie Ride was taken away (insert crying emoji here). However, there is a ton to offer in the way of GF eating that I can't deny. With the exception of Epcot Food Festivals, this may top the list with unique offerings. However, you have to know how and where to find them.

ANIMAL KINGDOM
This park has been exploding with GF items for quite some time. While the GF drink options tend to be not as good (read: lacking GF beer and cider) the food is a plenty!

MAGIC KINGDOM
The cornerstone of Disney World has a lot to offer in the way of GF table service restaurants. They are known for the unique atmosphere and themed dining that takes your park experience to the next level. Magic Kingdom GF food truly is magical.

EPCOT WORLD SHOWCASE
Have you been feeling left out of the historical "drinking and eating around the world" at Epcot? Well feel left out no longer!!! Here you will find colorful guides for every single country including The Land! What's more? This guide notes GF as well as any GF/vegan items found in the area. So have yourself the time of your life! And don't forget to hydrate.
